Working from Home and Other Flexible Work Arrangements (FWA) Improve Employee Productivity

• Predictions of a looming “Great Resignation”

• Juxtaposed with an undercurrent of mistrust among some executives toward remote employees (see WSJ article below)

• Despite plenty of research that shows employee productivity increases with flexible work arrangements (aka, wfh, hybrid, part-time, flexible hours…)
